Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at jt@jennifertwelvetrees.com or 901.409.7899 should you need to make any edits to your order. Orders that have already been personalized or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise. The tags must still be attached. Returns accepted within 14 days after purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your return once we receive it. You have 30 days to return any items that are defective or damaged. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns and the original shipping amount will not be refunded.

 

Should you need a different size for a non-personalized item, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise. Tags must be attached.

 

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit only.

 

Due to the custom nature of most of our products, ALL personalized items are FINAL SALE. If your order is incorrect and the mistake was made on our end, we will gladly redo the order and ship it out as soon as possible.

  

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

 

The following items are nonrefundable: socks, tights, earrings, and hair accessories.
